The Ministry of Education and Training has instructed educational institutions and Education and Training Departments in cities and provinces nationwide to promote online votes for Ha Long bay to become one of 7 new Wonders of the Natural World.
The promotional campaign is part of the summer activities for pupils and students in the country.
